Founded in 2003, The Cleaning Authority, Austin franchise was originally owned and operated by two local families. In an effort to refocus the business’ customer-centric operations and address ever-changing market needs, Drew and Eileen Liedeker purchased the business outright. The business has grown to be The Cleaning Authority’s Franchise of the Year, and earned numerous accolades, including but not limited to being a five time recipeint of The Cleaning Authority Mark of Excellence award.

Despite the economic downturn, the company’s recommitment to our customers, our team members, and green technologies and processes has enabled the business to grow by 25% in the last two years while maintaining unprecedented customer retention. We believe our organizational commitment to fairness, quality and customer service, as well as a very loyal and dedicated staff contributes to the success of our customers, the company and the local community.
Owners
Native Texans, Drew and Eileen Liedeker have lived in Austin for over 30 years. In their free time, family and community is a top priority. Whether they are volunteering at their childrens’ school, growing organic fruits and vegetables and maintaining a plot at Sunshine community gardens for seasonal harvest, coaching Marathon Kids, shopping at the farmer’s market, fostering entrepreneurship, or investing in philanthropic causes, Drew and Eileen live and breathe Austin and do what they can to make the community around them, better. On the off chance for free time, both enjoy yoga, cross-training, swimming, hiking, biking, fishing, and camping.
