General Manager: Letty T. - Letty has over 25 years experience working in logistics and customer service in both large corporations and small business. Letty’s top priority is ensuring every customer at TCA is 100% satisfied. Director of Training: Martha M. – Beginning as a Rookie House Cleaner and Team Member over five years ago, Martha has mastered every position at The Cleaning Authority, Austin. Though Martha’s regular customers were crushed when she was promoted to inspector in 2008, she continued to check-in on them. Martha and her inspectors ensure that every TCA team delivers the same level of quality her customers enjoyed.
Sales and Quality Assurance: Rebecca D. – With previous experience managing outreach for a church in Alabama as well as working in customer service for a large insurance corporation Rebecca brings integrity, courtesy, and a refreshing level of energy to TCA! You likely will meet Rebecca during your in home estimate and have the opportunity to experience her delightful demeanor.

You like to see familiar faces. Our staff is comprised of mostly working moms. But they’ve been thoroughly trained, we’ve performed background checks, and most of our staff has been with us for years. Our Team Leaders all have over a year with us, and many have more than three years of service. We value our employees and pay a living wage. We provide competitive salaries, bonuses, and paid leave. We offer health and dental benefits and have an English as a Second Language class taught two nights each week and Saturday mornings.
To ensure consistency once you are a Cleaning Authority, Austin customer, we assign you to a specific team. Since our employees are paid hourly, we find they are more efficient in the home if we can keep their homes consistent. Customers like consistency and employees like having a consistent schedule.
While we try our best to keep team assignments consistent, we guarantee that we will never leave you hanging on cleaning day. If one of your regular cleaners is sick or on vacation, be assured we have fully trained backup cleaners on staff who can step right in, read your cleaning instructions and follow our system. In the event we are fully staffed these backup cleaners will be assigned to the busiest teams, so you may see a third cleaner on occasion.
