Our Complete Customer Satisfaction program of cleaning quality begins with the training of each employee.  Not only do we commit 2 weeks of in depth training focused on our cleaning method as well as the use and application of all of our products and equipment, but we have also developed a second level of training certification.  Our CPH (Certified Professional Housecleaner) program is meant not only as advanced reinforcement of our basic employee training, but also as a solid primer in customer service and satisfaction.

All of the training that takes place, both in the classroom and the field, is reinforced and supported on an on-going basis by our field inspectors and our Director of Training.  This team of quality experts spends each day in the field working with teams and interacting with customers to ensure we remain committed to our goal of 100% customer satisfaction.
